Terms & Conditions — Conditional Refund Policy
कृपया Business लेने से पहले यह पूरा पेज ध्यान से पढ़ें। यह हमारी conditional refund policy, refund calculation और customer की ज़िम्मेदारियों को detail में बताता है।
1. Refund Lock-in Period
1 साल तक आपको business को properly operate करने के लिए समय देना होगा। इस 1 साल की अवधि के अंदर किसी भी परिस्थिति में refund नहीं दिया जाएगा।
यह अवधि इसलिए रखी गई है क्योंकि किसी भी online business को स्थिर होने और result दिखाने के लिए पर्याप्त समय चाहिए होता है।
2. Refund कब मिलेगा?
1 साल पूरा होने के बाद, अगर customer ने अपना invested amount अपने business से नहीं निकाला है (यानी business से हुई कुल कमाई आपके invested amount के बराबर या उससे ज़्यादा नहीं हुई है), तो customer refund के लिए eligible हो सकता है — बशर्ते नीचे दी गई सभी शर्तें (Section 5 देखें) पूरी की गई हों।
Refund सिर्फ Service Amount पर मिलता है, पूरी package price पर नहीं — नीचे Section 3 और 4 में पूरी calculation दी गई है।
3. Website और Hosting Ownership
जब हम आपके लिए website बनाते हैं, तो वह website आपके ही नाम पर बनती है और hosting भी आपके ही नाम पर register होती है। यानी website और hosting पूरी तरह customer के ownership में रहते हैं, चाहे refund लिया जाए या नहीं।
4. Refund में से क्या Deduct होगा?
Refund केवल हमारी Service Amount पर मिलता है। नीचे दी गई चीज़ें refund में से हमेशा deduct होंगी:
- ✕ Website बनाने में इस्तेमाल हुई Theme और Plugins की Cost — यह non-refundable है क्योंकि यह एक बार का खर्च है जो website पर लग चुका है।
- ✕ Applicable GST / Tax — यह amount सरकार को जमा करना होता है, इसलिए यह भी refund में से घटाया जाएगा।
Website/Theme/Plugin cost और GST percentage हर package/business के हिसाब से अलग हो सकते हैं — exact figures आपकी invoice में बताई जाएंगी।
5. Refund Calculation — एक उदाहरण
नीचे सिर्फ एक illustrative example है, ताकि calculation समझने में आसानी हो। आपकी actual refund amount आपकी package और invoice के अनुसार अलग हो सकती है।
Formula: Final Refund = Total Package Amount − Website/Theme/Plugin Cost − GST. (Illustrative example only — actual numbers will follow your invoice.)
6. Business चलाने की ज़िम्मेदारी
Refund सिर्फ उन customers को मिलेगा जिन्होंने नीचे दी गई ज़िम्मेदारियों के अनुसार ईमानदारी से काम किया है। अगर customer तय किया गया काम नहीं करता और बिना काम किए बैठा रहता है, तो उस स्थिति में refund देना possible नहीं है।
- दी गई business training और process को ईमानदारी से follow करना होगा।
- Website/admin panel को नियमित रूप से check और update करना होगा।
- Customers के साथ समय पर communication और follow-up करना होगा।
- हमारी team द्वारा माँगे गए periodic updates/reports समय पर देने होंगे।
Business training के दौरान इन ज़िम्मेदारियों को विस्तार से समझाया जाएगा, ताकि दोनों पक्षों को शर्तें शुरू से साफ़ पता हों।
7. Refund कब नहीं मिलेगा?
- ✕ अगर 1 साल की lock-in अवधि पूरी नहीं हुई है।
- ✕ अगर customer ने अपने business की तय criteria के अनुसार काम नहीं किया है।
- ✕ अगर 1 साल के अंदर business से invested amount के बराबर या उससे ज़्यादा कमाई हो चुकी है।
- ✕ Website/Theme/Plugin cost और लागू GST किसी भी परिस्थिति में refundable नहीं हैं।
8. Refund कैसे Request करें?
Lock-in अवधि पूरी होने के बाद, customer हमारी support team से संपर्क करके अपनी business की performance और income details के साथ refund request submit कर सकता है। Team द्वारा verification के बाद, eligible होने पर ऊपर बताई गई calculation के अनुसार refund process किया जाएगा।
